- 1.3ltr milk
- 4 tablespoons malt powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 shots of whisky
- 2 vanilla pods
Score down the length of the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds from inside. Heat up the milk in the Survival Kit wok or smallest pan. Whisk in the malt, sugar to taste, whisky, vanilla seeds and pods. If you have a cappuccino frother, whiz up to make some lovely froth. Remove the vanilla pods before serving.
